A lot of responsibility rests with our team Account Executives, which is tasked with understanding our customer’s needs, and ensuring we are offering them the products and services they need. It’s such an important job, that only the best candidates are chosen to join the team, and only those who truly understand the importance of listening to our customer’s needs and exceptional customer service make the cut. We want to make sure that our customers understand all of their options, which is why our Account Executives all offer complimentary security evaluations which allows them to dig into each customer’s unique needs. At the end of this free evaluation, our Account Executive and customer thoroughly understand the various options available and can together create the mix of products and services that best match the need. And through our Select University, all of our account executives are kept up to date on our latest product offerings, and are also encouraged to stay up to date on issues facing their areas of specialty. So, for example, our school building specialist has knowledge about security procedures other districts have used with success, while our residential specialists are familiar with the latest home security systems. Armed with this knowledge, they are able to identify and present our customers with the options that best fit their needs.
